Stretcher bars for canvas made in Europe from quality European Northern Pine, made exclusively for Stretcher Bars Direct. On this page you can buy the edge laminated Exhibit Stretcher Bar which measures 44mm deep (from the wall) by 44mm. Our manufacturer produces these bars to our own specification using the best North European Redwood Pine, precision tooling and attention to quality that our customers expect. ‘Exhibit’ Stretcher Bars and ‘Premier’ Stretcher Bars are edge laminated for extra stability and long term resistance to twisting over time. Edge lamination involves using two pieces of wood per stretcher bar which are securely glued together to provide extra confidence that the bars will remain dead straight. These bars have a lovely weight and feel in the hand, they are SMOOTH, STRAIGHT and FIT COMFORTABLY together without issue. Their superior appearance and feel enhances the overall perception of quality of any stretched canvas print helping you to win and maintain more business in an increasingly competitive market. Bars are supplied with 2 free wooden wedges per bar.
